Meet our instructors! Visit our acting studios and theater!
Find out for yourself what the excitement is all about!

The NJ School of Dramatic Arts has comprehensive acting / musical theater / improvisation and TV & Film training programs for the beginning actor to the working professional. Classes are available at all levels for Adults, Teens, and Children and are taught by industry professionals from Theater, TV, and Film.

There is so much to celebrate at the New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts as we begin our 8th year, especially the success of so many of our students (adults, teens and children) who are working in theater, film and television as actors and directors. We are proud to continue our programs with the NJ Theater Alliance and Montclair State University’s BFA Film Department.

What sets NJSDA apart from other acting / performing arts programs? The exceptional depth of our multi-level programming means that students are matched to their experience or current ability. Our outstanding staff of professional teaching artists provides the most comprehensive performing / theater arts education program in Northern New Jersey.

Our students have bountiful performance opportunities! Three improv troupes, our one-act series showcase, frequent casting requests from commercial, film and theater companies, and our own scene night projects provide outlets for students at all levels. Thus the benefits for our students are tremendous. Not only do they receive the highest quality acting / theater education; but because they are in the midst of professional opportunities, students will gain an even deeper education and understanding of what it takes to build a career in the dramatic arts.
